When I think of this word it always makes me think of church. I don't think that's really where it should start though. I think it should start in our homes. If we can love each other and get along at home then we can love anybody. When the kids were little I wouldn't let them tease each other in mean ways. I called it playing rough. My theory was if you play rough, then when your mad or upset you will say those same things. Because you would have practiced them over and over. Those things you have said again and again when your playing hurt deep when they are said in anger. Words can't be taken back. Once they are said to hurt someone you love the wound is hard to heal. The healing can be done, but why wound in the first place if it can be avoided. Why not practice words of praise and love to the ones closest to you...the ones that put up with you no matter how you act. I've finally figured out that's why we blow up in front of the ones we love the most. It's because we know they won't leave us.... I decided a long time ago not to play rough. It doesn't mean we can play and have fun. I love when our happy gets loud around, its my favorite. I just think if we would practice being nice and kind then when even an outsider aggravates us we won't be as apt to shoot to kill. I'm still working on this myself. Praise God for Grace fresh everyday. You see He always forgives us, no matter what we do.....if we ask Him. The Bible says nothing can separate us from His love. I'm sure happy about that!! I challenge you to be sweet with someone in your family today and see what their response is...
I hope your happy is LOUD today!!! BlessingS Carol/MJ Psalm 138:8
