I was reminded again of how very blessed I am this weekend.
We were invited out to PK lake to spend some time with my claimed niece, Cassie. She was there at a family reunion. We made sure that we weren't imposing on their family time. They reassured us the more the merrier. So we floated and sunned for about an hour. Then they invited us to go for a boat ride. How do you pass that up on a hot Texas summer day? We obviously accepted the invitation and felt very spoiled. We go and anchor out and swim and float around the boat for a while. I'm sitting and visiting with on of my new friends. He asks me what do you do? I said I'm a christian country singer and we go all of the country and put on Cowboy Church Services. He said and they pay you for that? Do you do that full time? LoL I said well yes, I don't ask them for money, but we do get offerings.
I started thinking about that. How very blessed I am that I get to go and sing about the One I love the most and still be provided for and I'm able to provide for my family. I don't take even one of you for granted. Thanks to everyone that has ever donated money to this ministry. Thank you for helping us stay on the road, loving on people and telling them about Jesus. I pray abundant blessingS over you!!
