I am blessed beyond measure with friends all over the world. Because of FaceBook I can keep up with more folks than I ever thought possible. (in my PJs if I choose, LoL) After the presidential inauguration yesterday I began to notice all the posts on FaceBook. Friends from the north to the south, east and west were commenting. NONE of them had the same things to say.... How Can It Be... We all live in the same country. We all believe in God. We are all good people. We all watched the same inauguration... Some people were praising the president and some were not. It has to be because we were all given a free will! God made us all wonderfully unique. The Bible says to pray for our leaders. So guess what? I'm gonna pray for our leaders. I'm gonna keep my eyes on the Lord and my ear in tuned to His voice. I'm gonna keep doing what I hear Him say to do. At this point it doesn't matter who you voted for.
I am proud to be an American!! Even on our worst day it's still some other countries best day. We need to stop complaining and start Praising Him for what we do have. If we will do that we won't have time to complain. Arguing doesn't accomplish anything....So PRAY!! Then go and do what HE says to do.
