I'm gonna give it to you like this. You just can't out give God. If you aren't planting any seed then how can you expect to have any fruit??

I have because I tithe and because I am a giver. According to the verse above if I want more then I have to give more. Sometimes that's hard. I know that. You don't have to just give money. It can be your time, it can be whatever He tells you to give. Get still and ask Him to give you wisdom and then sit for a minute and let Him tell you. It is like planting seed tho. If you plant corn today, you won't have an ear of corn tomorrow. It will take some time for it to grow. So don't give up on it working. You say I don't have time to wait....well you didn't get here overnight so in most cases it won't get fixed overnight. Not to say God can't work a miracle, cause He surely can. A friend of mine, Joe Nay, says I'd rather live in the blessings and never need a miracle. I completely agree. Sow some seed and water it with prayer and watch the blessings start to roll in.
Don't be afraid to ask God anything. He has you on His mind. The Bible says He has good thoughts about us. To give us a future and a hope.
