I feel like the Lord released me today, to tell y'all about my upcoming blessing.
Back in March some friends of mine called me. They said they would like to send a blessing. I could use it how ever I wanted to, but they would really like to help me get another music project completed. I said oh my goodness, you are answered prayer. I have been believing for a new music project for about 10 years now.
I was praying about it all and I thought I know how to sing, but I don't know anything about producing it. A friend of mine in Alabama came to mind. This was on a Friday. Would you believe on Monday he called me to ask for agreement in prayer. I asked him if he would be interested in helping me produce a new cd? He said I can do better than that. I have two cousins that live in Nashville that are A list players and they will help. Oh my goodness!!!! (A lists mean they goooood, LOL)
So my journey began to get all this coordinated. Finally went to Nashville and recorded the tracks and came back home with a rough mix to learn the new songs. I am blessed with six original songs that have never been recorded before...another answered prayer.
Just last week I get an email from some more friends...We have money for you what do you need? Whoohoo So I told them and they sent enough to complete the recording part of the project.
Lu and I will be leaving this Sunday morning for Nashville, TN to record and do the photo shoot for the cover. I am so very excited about what God has done and is doing. I haven't felt like I was suppose to share this until today. I would appreciate your prayers if you can believe with me for the finances to complete the final product.
Y'all are all family to me and mine. Thank you Sir for sending folks into my life to make my DREAM come true. And thank you to everyone who has allowed Him to use you to cause it to come true.
You are never to old to DREAM!! HE ain't done with me yet!! Whoohoooo
