Are you struggling to keep a good attitude? Then surround yourself with things that make you happy. I love fresh cut flowers and upbeat music for example. When you feel the cruds coming on counteract them with the happies 😂❤️ If it doesn't work right off keep doing it. Try smiling as big as you can for about 20 seconds. It releases happy endorphins!
